The Illchester Arms Tuesday 20Th January 2009
The team members arrived at The Illchester Arms in Abbotsbury Dorset at 10:30 pm. The team consisted of Trudy, Mark, Matthew, Lisa, Cara, Mike, Ashley, Aaron, Bob and our guest Beryl who used to work at The Illchester Arms.
When we arrived we sat down and spoke to Colin the Landlord while sorting through the location papers and deciding where our trigger objects would be placed. We placed 6 trigger objects (old coins outlined on a piece of paper) in total. One was placed in the bar area another in the restaurant area, conservatory kitchen, ladies toilets and the Snowdrop guest room with a locked off camera inside. We walked around the bar accompanied by Veronica the Landlady of the pub. Lisa felt the strong presence of a tall large man over by the door next to the fireplace named Charles who looked like Mr Bumble from Oliver Twist. To the Landlord, Landlady and locals of the pub he is known as the Gatekeeper. He has also been known to take an instant dislike to people.
Lisa felt that in our case he was going to be targeting Mark and Aaron......
